General
Does CourseGlade work with my theme?
Yes. CourseGlade works with any properly coded WordPress theme, including block themes. Course pages, dashboards, and checkout render through templates and shortcodes that adapt to your theme styles.
Do I need WooCommerce to sell courses?
No. CourseGlade ships its own checkout with Stripe, manual/offline payments, and free enrollment built in. WooCommerce is supported as an optional gateway if you already run a store.
Is the free version actually complete?
Yes. Courses, sections, lessons, 7 quiz question types, multi-instructor with commissions, payments, coupons, reviews, Q&A, and dashboards are all in the free plugin. Pro adds 12 addons on top — it never removes anything from free.
What are the server requirements?
WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. CourseGlade is tested up to the latest WordPress release.
Payments & selling
Which payment methods are supported?
Stripe (cards, wallets via Stripe Checkout), WooCommerce (any WooCommerce gateway), manual/offline payments such as bank transfer, and free enrollment for zero-price courses.
Can I offer discounts?
Yes. Percentage and fixed-amount coupons are built into the free plugin, with usage tracking per order.
How do instructor payouts work?
You set a commission rate per instructor. Sales accrue to an earnings ledger with a configurable maturity period, and instructors request withdrawals from their dashboard, which you approve.
Can I sell several courses as one package?
With the Course Bundles addon in Pro. A bundle sells at one combined price and enrolls the buyer in every course inside it.

What does Pro include?
All 12 addons: Certificates, Assignments, Content Drip, Course Bundles, Leaderboard & Gamification, Gradebook, Advanced Email, White Label, Advanced Reports, Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Classroom. Every plan includes every addon.
Is there a refund policy?

Can I turn individual addons on and off?
Yes. Every Pro addon has its own toggle in the Addons screen, so you only load what you use.
Technical
Is it translation-ready?
Yes. Both plugins ship translation templates and load text domains, so you can translate with Loco Translate, WPML, or any standard tool.
Will it slow my site down?
CourseGlade loads its assets only on LMS pages, uses custom database tables with proper indexes for enrollments and progress, and includes its own caching layer.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
By default your data stays. A deliberate opt-in setting controls whether uninstall removes tables and options — nothing is deleted by surprise.
