AI Studio

AI Studio ships with CourseGlade Pro. It is not one of the toggleable addons — it turns on once a provider is configured, and it writes into the normal editor screens rather than replacing them.

Bring your own key

AI Studio uses your provider account. In CourseGlade → Settings → AI, choose the provider (OpenAI ships with Pro), paste your API key, and pick the model. Nothing calls out until a key is saved.

Two limits protect the account:

• Monthly spending caps, tracked per person, so one instructor cannot spend the site’s whole budget
• Per-minute rate limiting, applied to managers as well as instructors

Usage is recorded per person, so you can see who generated what.

Write and rewrite fields

On course, lesson, and assignment fields, AI Studio can draft from a short brief, or rewrite what is already there — shortening, expanding, changing tone, and several other passes. Generated text lands in the field for you to edit; nothing is published on its own.

Generate a whole course

From a topic, AI Studio drafts a course shell: five modules of four to five lessons, each module closing with a quiz and an assignment.

The outline is shown for review before anything is created, and any section can be regenerated on its own if it is not what you wanted. Only when you accept it are the posts written.

Quiz questions from your own material

Point AI Studio at a module and it writes questions from that module’s lessons, in every question type the quiz builder supports — not generic questions about the topic.

Course thumbnails

Generate a course image from the course details and preview it before it is attached.

Import and export

Pro also carries the content handlers for the free plugin’s export and import screen: courses, lessons, quizzes, questions, curriculum, terms, and media move between sites, on top of the settings the free plugin moves on its own.
