Themes & block themes

CourseGlade works with any properly coded theme, classic or block.

Classic themes

Course pages, dashboards, and checkout render through templates and shortcodes that inherit your theme’s styles. The shortcodes go on pages (most are created for you on install) and adapt to your design.

Block themes

For block (full-site-editing) themes, CourseGlade registers block templates for the course archive and single course, so course pages fit the block-theme rendering path instead of falling back to a generic page.

Styling

CourseGlade ships sensible default styles and loads its assets only on LMS pages, so it stays light on the rest of your site. Override styles in your theme or a custom CSS file as needed.

Compatibility tips

• After switching themes, test the catalog, a single course, checkout, and the dashboard.
• If a page looks unstyled, confirm the correct shortcode is present and the page is assigned in Settings → General → Pages.
