Instructor profiles
Public instructor profile pages, social links, and co-instructor revenue splits.
Every approved instructor gets a public profile page, and any course can have more than one instructor.
Public profiles
An instructor profile shows the instructor’s avatar, bio, student and rating stats, social links, and a grid of their published courses. These pages are public and indexable — good for SEO and for students choosing whose course to take.
The bio comes from the WordPress user’s profile description, and social links (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, GitHub, website) come from the instructor’s profile fields.
Co-instructors and revenue splits
A course can list multiple instructors. All of them can manage the course content and answer Q&A. Sales revenue splits between them:
- Each instructor’s share is set by their revenue share on the course (or split equally if unset)
- The course’s commission rate (global, or a per-course override) sets the instructor pool versus the platform’s cut
- If a course ends up with no active instructor, its earnings fall back to the course author
