Email notifications

The 13 transactional emails, per-event toggles, and branding.

CourseGlade sends transactional emails for the key events in a course business. Manage them under CourseGlade → Settings → Email.

The 13 templates

To students: Course Enrolled, Completed a Course, Order Completed, Order On Hold, Order Processing, Order Cancelled, Order Refunded.

To instructors: A Student Enrolled in Course, Application Received, Instructor Approved, Instructor Rejected.

To admin: New Instructor Application, New Order Placed.

Each has an on/off toggle, grouped by recipient. All are on by default.

Editing content

Click the pencil on an event to open Edit Email Content — edit the Subject, Heading, and Body (HTML allowed), drop in merge tags, send a test to yourself, or Reset to default.

Branding

Open Default Configuration (the Customize button) to set:

Sender — From Name and From Address
Branding — Email Logo, Logo Alt Text, Logo Position (left/center/right), Logo Height (px), and Footer Text

A live Preview (desktop/mobile) and a test-send are on the same screen.

Pro: Advanced Email

The Pro Advanced Email addon adds an Advanced Palette (granular header/body/button/footer colors), a broadcast composer for one-off campaigns, and 16 extra notification events.

Deliverability tip

Transactional email from WordPress can land in spam. Use an SMTP plugin or a transactional email service so enrollment and order emails reliably reach students.
